Due to the nature of our products and the international scope of our business, our refund and return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and protective for both parties. Himalayan salt products are natural, heavy, and often shipped in bulk quantities, which makes returns costly and impractical.

Therefore, we strongly encourage customers to review product details, specifications, quantities, and shipping information before confirming their purchase.


2. Bulk and Wholesale Orders (Final Sale)

All bulk, wholesale, and commercial orders are considered final sale.

Once a bulk order is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Bulk orders are often custom-packed, specially prepared, or sourced according to customer requirements, which makes resale or return impossible.


3. International Orders – No Returns

We ship products internationally to multiple destinations. Due to high international shipping costs, customs regulations, and hygiene considerations, returns are not accepted for international orders.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with import regulations in their destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48–72 hours of delivery.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed only through the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing times may vary between 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institutions.

Please note that payment gateway fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion fees may be non-refundable.


7. Bank Transfers and Offline Payments

For customers who choose direct bank transfers or place orders via WhatsApp or email, refunds are not guaranteed.

Once a bank transfer payment is confirmed and an order is processed, the order cannot be cancelled. Any refund decisions for offline payments will be made strictly at our discretion.

Himalayan salt products are natural, consumable, and wellness-related items. For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, used, altered, or partially consumed is not eligible for return or refund.

Natural variations in color, texture, or shape are normal characteristics of Himalayan salt and are not considered defects.
